Summary of the main terms and conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions shall govern the offer and sale of the services and products (as defined herein below) on the website what-to-do-in-prague.com, carried out by TRAVELMORE, s.r.o. with registered office in Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague, Czech Republic registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Prague, Tax Code and VAT no. 071 22 942.
Please read the entire General Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order, as this is only a summary of the main terms and conditions of sale.
“The Online Store” – The online store is an electronic shop with a booking system provided by TRAVELMORE, s.r.o., which mediates the experience and offers the goods to clients.
“Supplier” – The Supplier is a person unrelated to TRAVELMORE, s.r.o. that executes the experience based on the voucher presented by a client at the booked placed and time. The Supplier operates within his own independent business venture and is responsible for possible damage suffered in relation to the experience.
“Client” – The client is a person who orders the experience or goods. This includes, in particular, the consumer who, by signing and fulfilling a contract, does not act within the scope of a business venture. The client can be a contractor that orders the experience as part of his/her business.
PERSONS ENTITLED TO PURCHASE: only adults (persons older than 18 years of age) can be customers of the Online Store (any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession).
“Product / Tour”: TRAVELMORE, s.r.o sells vouchers for redeeming tickets or tickets directly issued by museums, cultural institutions, theatres and tour operators (the Supplier) or by third party sellers to access the Supplier’s premises and exposition and/or to enjoy the leisure/travel services offered by the Supplier (the Supplier’s Service). The Products may also include tickets for leisure/travel services provided directly by TRAVELMORE, s.r.o and additional services ancillary to Supplier’s Products. In case it directly provides a Product, TRAVELMORE, s.r.o shall be considered as a Supplier under these General Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise provided, with respect of any purchase you may make in the Online Store, TRAVELMORE, s.r.o acts as an agent or reseller of the Supplier or of third party seller or as a service provider, TRAVELMORE, s.r.o disclaims any responsibility for the adequacy of the Supplier’s Service or for the consequences of using the Supplier’s Service.
(a) The client is obliged to self-asses whether he/she is physically eligible to safely participate in the experience. The possible limitations that may apply to certain experiences offered (e.g. age, state of health, medical exam requirement) are always stated in the offer of each experience and the recipient must provide all documentation necessary. The team of TRAVELMORE, s.r.o. is not responsible for any possible damages incurred as a result of such documentation being invalid or incomplete.
(b) The client assumes full responsibility for undergoing the experience.
(c) The client must get to the place of experience at the given time at his/her own cost (unless stated otherwise). The client must provide a valid voucher. If the client cannot provide a valid voucher, he/she will be denied the experience and it constitutes as serious breach of his/her obligations under the contract.
(d) If the client does not reach 15 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult. If the client does not reach 18 year of age at the time of experience, the client must provide a consent of his/her legal representative.
(e) The supplier may decline to provide the service in case the client or recipient or other present persons are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances or are not medically eligible for the service. In such situation the recipient will be denied the experience and it constitutes a major breach of his/her obligations.
To place an order for the purchase of one or more Products, you must fill out the online Order Form (to be considered as a contractual proposal) and send it electronically to TRAVELMORE, s.r.o. By submitting an Order Form to TRAVELMORE, s.r.o, you state
(a) to have fully read and understood the “product description” of the Supplier’s Service and
(b) to unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, and (where applicable) the terms and conditions of sale of the Supplier (the Service Conditions).
We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the relevant Supplier carefully prior to making your reservation. You must attend the Supplier’s Service at the time booked, no reimbursement is granted for failure of timely attendance.

Upon submission of an Order Form, TRAVELMORE, s.r.o and/or the Supplier shall either deliver your electronic ticket or provide via email the location where a hard copy of your ticket has been made available.
Booking a tour/experience in the online store
If you book yourself an experience or a tour via the Online Store, you will be transferred to a secure third-party payment page or your PayPal account where you will put in all your details including your credit card number.
Once you have carried out the payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and a receipt on the e-mail provided in the booking.
Booking a tour/experience via e-mail
If you book a tour/experience via e-mail or contact form, you will be sent all the necessary payment information via email to carry out the payment either online or via bank transfer.
TRAVELMORE, s.r.o requests payments from all customers at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until your payment has been received and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that has not been paid 48 hours before the start of the tour, unless agreed otherwise in a written form.
The prices of goods and services are stated in CZK, including all legally required fees.
The price can only be paid using a valid payment card or PayPal in the online store.
All cancellations requests must come in writing via e-mail. If you call us with your cancellation, we will ask you to follow up via e-mail to make sure we have all the correct information in one place.
If you are booking any of our tours or experiences following cancellation policy applies:
Direct bookings via our website
10% of the price of your tour is non-refundable. The 10% will be used to cover fees connected to your booking. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for purchase of the tour/experience.
Cancellation policy is listed on the page for each tour/experience. When you book through our booking system you will need to agree to these cancellation policies before you carry on with your booking and we urge you to read through them before you carry on. You will also find the cancellation policy on the vouchers you receive once payment has been finalized.
The general rule is that if you cancel within 24-48 hours, depending on the tour, you are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be issued to the payment card or PayPal account used to purchase the tour.
Bookings of multiple tours via e-mail
When booking three or more tours through the Online Store, or custom tours, 10% of the final price is non-refundable. Apart from that, the cancellation policy for each tour applies.
If we, or our suppliers, need to cancel a tour because of unfavorable weather conditions you will get a full refund for the tour/experience. The provider of the experience (supplier) in question will decide when to cancel a tour/experience due to the weather. This only applies if the tour is canceled, not in case of the cancellation from your side because you don’t like the weather.
Cancellation on behalf of the Supplier
In case of circumstances beyond its control which prohibit the Supplier from providing the Product / Tour (or providing it safely e.g. weather conditions, newly imposed regulations, etc.) the Supplier may cancel the confirmed Product / Tour through the Online Store. If it is possible, the Client will be offered alternative date(s) for the Product/Tour. However, if the Supplier insists on cancelling the Product / Tour, the Client will be refunded the price in full.
Many travel insurances will cover tours you miss or can’t go on due to medical reasons, sick family members, etc. Therefore we recommend you never travel without one, especially since they are often not that expensive.
Please note that many credit card companies offer travel insurances to their customers through the credit card so you might be insured without knowing it. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
When a client books a tour and does, for whatever reason, not participate in a tour/experience it is considered as a no-show.
If you miss your tour because you missed your pick-up/transfer or your flight was delayed that is considered a no-show. If you are a no-show for a tour, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you miss your pickup (for relevant partner tours)
If you have a problem with the pickup it’s always best to contact the supplier in question directly as they are best equipped to help you.
In some cases, the supplier will allow you to join another tour at another time. Whether this is possible is based on the availability each time and the size and price of each tour. You cannot count on this so make sure you do everything you can to avoid missing the pickup.
If you arrive late, for any reason
The sooner we, or our suppliers, know that you are going to arrive late, the likelier it is that we can help you. We can’t make any promises though so try to make sure you are on time for all your tours.
If you have booked any of the guided tours and you are not at the meeting place 10 minutes past the meeting time we will consider you a no-show. Once the tour has started you cannot join the tour as it is impossible for us to know where the guide is located at any given moment.
Any client that is visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be asked to leave the tour/experience. If you are asked to leave because of those reasons, it is for your own safety and the comfort of our other clients. No refunds will be given.
Our suppliers reserve the right to refuse participation of any customer whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offense, upset or put other passengers in danger.
We try to issue refunds in a swift and timely manner. All refunds will be dealt with within 3 working days. Expect a longer response time during weekends or public holidays.
Refunds will only be issued to the payment card or PayPal account used to purchase the tour.
Once the refund has been issued it can take up to 3 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement. On rare occasions, it can take up to 30 days but this depends on how quickly your card issuer deals with the refund.
Please note that if your tour is canceled due to the weather, you need to contact us and ask for a refund. If you don’t, we assume that you were compensated by re-booking of the date of your planned tour directly with the partner.
All material and information on the Website is exclusively owned by TRAVELMORE, s.r.o. or is being used according to a valid licence. Such content or information cannot be used or amended in any way without prior consent. The photographs may differ from the experience itself, but not the contracted content.
